Sorry, not Emma. Not Vicious Valentine. Though you're right, it does sound like something she might say.

James: Thanks, Artie.
Artemus: "Thanks Artie"! Is that all you can say to me? I've just come back from the grave, risen like Lazarus, and that's what you say? "Thanks, Artie"?
James: Thanks, Artie.
Artemus: It's a pleasure.

Good guess, DT. That's it. Your turn (again).

James: Thanks, Artie.

Geez, I didn't have any idea where that quote came from, but decided at random to watch a season 1 episode... and happened to pick the right one (I think).

The sheriff in Human Trigger who is explaining to Jim and Artie why he's leaving the town where the next EQ is predicted.

James: Thanks, Artie.
Artemus: "Thanks Artie"! Is that all you can say to me? I've just come back from the grave, risen like Lazarus, and that's what you say? "Thanks, Artie"?

Let's try this one.

Season 3

Now it belongs to posterity.

James: Thanks, Artie.
Artemus: "Thanks Artie"! Is that all you can say to me? I've just come back from the grave, risen like Lazarus, and that's what you say? "Thanks, Artie"?

That does sound familiar... is that from "The Night of Montezuma's Hordes"?

You've got the right episode. Now who's the speaker?

James: Thanks, Artie.
Artemus: "Thanks Artie"! Is that all you can say to me? I've just come back from the grave, risen like Lazarus, and that's what you say? "Thanks, Artie"?

Oh, CL1969! Are you going to provide the speaker or should someone else do it?

James: Thanks, Artie.

I'll guess that it's Col. Sanchez referring to the treasure.

You've got it, tomk. It's been awhile since I made the note about it, but I think it's when he's showing Jim his arm with the waterhole maps drawn on it!

You're up!

I thought it was to do with the map (which would have been my next guess) but that it would have been Sanchez commenting on remembering it! Well done, tomk...

I've watched a few season 4 eps without finding this one. Might need a clue, tomk.

Wild, wild guess time.

The scientist's daughter (Lorna?) in Doomsday Formula--to Jim?

(tomk, I hope you didn't really get laid off!)

No, that's not the right episode.
Yes, I did get laid off. It's pretty bad here in SF (and everywhere).

Being unemployed is ____________.
