The deputy in Fugitives?

James: Thanks, Artie.
Artemus: "Thanks Artie"! Is that all you can say to me? I've just come back from the grave, risen like Lazarus, and that's what you say? "Thanks, Artie"?
James: Thanks, Artie.
Artemus: It's a pleasure.

One of my favorite eps too. Well, let me check my list...

James: Thanks, Artie.
Artemus: "Thanks Artie"! Is that all you can say to me? I've just come back from the grave, risen like Lazarus, and that's what you say? "Thanks, Artie"?
James: Thanks, Artie.

He might have said that in Bottomless Pit but that's not the scene I have in mind.

James: Thanks, Artie.
Artemus: "Thanks Artie"! Is that all you can say to me? I've just come back from the grave, risen like Lazarus, and that's what you say? "Thanks, Artie"?

CG is correct, it's Jessica. I looked up Maria Lennard on IMDB, but it has no bio info. and very few credits. However, it has the video of her 'Ironside' episode as a short-haired blonde!

Like Dieter, my first thought was Bleak Island, because of the storm there, but then I remembered that Sedgewick Curse also had stormy weather!

Okay, here we go, from season 2:

Will shoot you.

James: Thanks, Artie.
Artemus: "Thanks Artie"! Is that all you can say to me? I've just come back from the grave, risen like Lazarus, and that's what you say? "Thanks, Artie"?
James: Thanks, Artie.

Yep, I thought for sure it was Bleak Island--till I read your quote! And then it hit me and I knew you got it! Sedgewick is one of the other gothic eps I wasn't thinking about. Good job Cal Gal.

Now for "Thank You". There are alot of possibilities for that quote!

Circus of Death was season 3.

Mr. Schemes, I think we are going to need further clues! There's too many "thank yous" available.

James: Thanks, Artie.
Artemus: "Thanks Artie"! Is that all you can say to me? I've just come back from the grave, risen like Lazarus, and that's what you say? "Thanks, Artie"?
James: Thanks, Artie.
