What, a clue? Okay...

Might as well make a "wild wild" guess:

Artie as the gold dowser in Underground Terror?

James: Thanks, Artie.
Artemus: "Thanks Artie"! Is that all you can say to me? I've just come back from the grave, risen like Lazarus, and that's what you say? "Thanks, Artie"?
James: Thanks, Artie.
Artemus: It's a pleasure.

It's not Artie, sorry.

Another clue: It's not Jim either (although both he and Artie are present).

I keep forgetting what the quote is...

Btw, was the episode I guessed also wrong?

As that was the only third season episode to include Loveless, I'd have to say "Yes."

Well, it could have been someone else in that same episode.

James: Thanks, Artie.
Artemus: "Thanks Artie"! Is that all you can say to me? I've just come back from the grave, risen like Lazarus, and that's what you say? "Thanks, Artie"?

I just took a look at Season Three on the episode list that came with my box set. BIIIINNNNGGGGGOOOO! About half a second after reading 'TNOT of the Bubbling Death', I could hear Silas Grigsby saying, "Immediately!"

On an unrelated topic, can someone 're-activate' the thread with RM appearances? I have something new to add.

"What's death without a woman's touch?"

WE HAVE A WINNER! (William Schallert - alias Silas - played Patty Lane's dad on The Patty Duke Show, hence the quote from the show's theme as a clue. By the way... "identical cousins"? Say what?)

Falcon, I think you have to ask admin to reactivate the thread. You might need to just start a new one. I'm not sure if it's possible to reactivate them.

Congrats on guessing the quote! The clue about identical meant nothing to me because I never watched the Patty Duke Show. I was looking for something within a WWW episode!

James: Thanks, Artie.
Artemus: "Thanks Artie"! Is that all you can say to me? I've just come back from the grave, risen like Lazarus, and that's what you say? "Thanks, Artie"?

Not sweet Aimee. Of course, it's one of those phrases that you might hear more than once, but my answer is one particular instance.

I think we need a clue or two.

James: Thanks, Artie.
Artemus: "Thanks Artie"! Is that all you can say to me? I've just come back from the grave, risen like Lazarus, and that's what you say? "Thanks, Artie"?

Jim and Superstar, you say?

Is it Sordo from "The Night of Jack O'Diamonds"?

When you say "superstar," do you mean someone who went on to be a film (or TV) star?

I thought 'Superstar' was a reference to Jim's beautiful black stallion. That's one smart horse!

Now that IS Artie, with the very last line of one of season four's better episodes, "The Night of the Egyptian Queen" (spoken to Jim after Rosie trades the items she stole from them for the reward that our heroes can't accept).
