Ooohhhh! LOL! Terribly sneaky, ol' girl. I'm feeling very embarrassed now.

(That broken hand clue really got me. XD I couldn't remember any eps with a 'broken hand'!)

Was it Maurice?

Artemus Gordon: Think of that. Five minutes, underwater, submerged, and you'd still survive. That is, if somebody was trying to drown you.
James T. West: What if it doesn't work?
Artemus Gordon: Bring it back. I'll make you a new one.

Stab in the dark - that European exile (I can't remember his name, but I know he went down to the wine cellar and got a bottle from 1806 for him and Mr. Baring to share).

Bwahahahaha!

Yes, it was Maurice. He speaks the line to the Egyptian statue that drops that big knife-on-a-spear weapon (what is the name of that thing??) as Maurice is going upstairs with the 1806 wine and two goblets. The broken hand is the hand of the statue; Maurice sets the spear upright again, but because the statue's hand is broken, the spear falls once more.

As for some of the other clues, the chandelier has a pull hidden in it for opening that large door. And the stake that breaks is on the moving wall as Jim is using it as an impromptu ladder to escape that trap.

Very good, you both got it, but as Yope posted first (not to mention, gave the character's name), it's Yope's turn to pose us a quote. Make it a good one, please!

Artie to Jim in Amnesiac?

James: Thanks, Artie.
Artemus: "Thanks Artie"! Is that all you can say to me? I've just come back from the grave, risen like Lazarus, and that's what you say? "Thanks, Artie"?
James: Thanks, Artie.
Artemus: It's a pleasure.

Well, when you pick one from one of my favorite episodes (although that doesn't always "work"). Back in a while.

James: Thanks, Artie.
Artemus: "Thanks Artie"! Is that all you can say to me? I've just come back from the grave, risen like Lazarus, and that's what you say? "Thanks, Artie"?
