Sorry--my only guess is "The Night of the Murderous Springs", though I'm pretty sure that's incorrect.

I'll bet a thousand to one that the answer to this is not that, and is probably an episode I've watched so many times that I should slap myself silly for forgetting it!

Oh, well. It's all yours, Dieter Epping! :)

Maddening isn't it? Many times I can "hear" the quote being said, but cannot put it in context. This one though, I'm not hearing!

James: Thanks, Artie.
Artemus: "Thanks Artie"! Is that all you can say to me? I've just come back from the grave, risen like Lazarus, and that's what you say? "Thanks, Artie"?
James: Thanks, Artie.
Artemus: It's a pleasure.

Oh, I can hear it, and I'm certain it is quoted correctly. But who said it? When? Aargh!

That was a good guess wwwchicky. Not correct though, and yes, you probably will slap yourself silly if someone guesses correct before you do. Don't forget to say who said the quote, the episode is only half the equation.

Agh! I was close! That was a hard one, though, because I couldn't picture a certain character saying that. I don't even remember when he said that, either. Was it in the bird cage?

Oh, well. Nice job, Dieter Epping! ;)

I just woke up so give me a few to think of a gooood one!! WWWchicky that was said by Jim in the hotel room with Greta, right before she took him to meet Dr. Loveless for the very first time. And you can just call me Dieter, though Apple prefers Gooberboy.

Be back in a few with a quote.....

Sorry I missed it, Dieter--I can't be online all day!

And you don't have to go easy on me. I want to play in the big leagues like the rest of you, and I need all the practice I can get.

I just realized how corny that sounded. Scrach that last comment. :)

That was actually a pretty funny comment! K--in the future I won't go easy on you.
Anyways I got the idea of doing a line from Firebrand just for you. And I know theres no way to always be online for this game. But most of the time no one guesses it right on the first try.

Wowsers--that's a bit abstract, isn't it?

Well, I'm thinking it's one of the earlier episodes of the season, because I think I remember Artemus saying that in one of the episodes I just watched a few days ago...but I'm not sure.

Does anyone else know this one?

Hmmm. I think I hear Jim say the line but not in S3. So, I am probably remembering incorrectly but....oh, where are those DVD's. *Sigh* I guess I'll just have to force myself to trudge thru season 3 to find the line. Oh, the things we must do for the game. Forced to watch RC and RM over and over and over again...

Sheesh--this is a good one.

My first guess was "The Night of the Iron Fist," so I watched it last night before I fell unconscious from exhaustion. But that turned up absolutely nothing. (Well, except that Artie doesn't look good in waxed sideburns, but that's beside the point. )

I have absolutely no idea, Ecstasy. If anyone else knows it, be my guest--I'm dying to know.

Don't worry W3chicky. If time goes by without guesses or a correct guess a clue is given (or begged from) by the line giver. Although, there have been a time or two that even with multiple clues we have remained thoroughly stumped.

Awwww, CalGal! You got it, just as I was starting to enjoy the "almighty" thing. I guess I'll have to go back to being powerless, except for my expert handling of a tambourine and my belly dancing, of course.

You're up, CalGal!!
