I can tell you I wouldn't mind some nice cold fried chicken and iced lemonade right now.
Hehe--me too.

How about a quote from the ice house scenes in Poisonous Posey? That would make for cool thoughts. 96 here at almost 1 pm. Toasty! |
James: Thanks, Artie. Artemus: "Thanks Artie"! Is that all you can say to me? I've just come back from the grave, risen like Lazarus, and that's what you say? "Thanks, Artie"? James: Thanks, Artie. Artemus: It's a pleasure. - TNOT Pistoleros |

It was cold and wet a few times. The tag of Pistolero's comes to mind. Season one has TNOT Whirring Death that seems to be a Christmas episode. No snow that I remember seeing, though. |

That kind of stinks, in a way. It always seemed to be just a little too nice out--they needed some more thunderstorms and blizzards!!! |

After all it was filmed in sunny California. Stormy weather would have added to the budget.
Come to think of it, just about the only ep where we saw rain was the pilot, Inferno, wasn't it? |

Theres been a few pretty good thunderstorms in the series. I can only think of Inferno, Thousand Eyes, Big Blast, and Bleak Island at the moment though. But I do wish they were snowed in at some point of the series as a total change of pace! |

There was also a T-storm at Monterey in Tottering Tontine. But... psst.... a thunder and lightning storm in Monterey is almost as rare as snow at that location!
Not many that either guy was actually out in, was there? Funny, how difficult it is to remember! |

Big Blast was season 2 and I did just think about adding Tottering Tontine onto my list right after I sent that post. And now I'm trying to remember if it was stormy in Sedgewick Curse too. I'm thinking so. |

Kinda too bad huh! If you had it on TV over there like we do here in CA would be a different story I bet! Did your dad get you into the show by buying the dvd's? |

Oh yeah!! That's all it would take to get hooked!! Best show I've ever seen and still alive to this day on tv but too bad not everywhere. It was filmed right here where I live & Robert Conrad lives about 15 minute drive away from me. WWW is one of those series that will never go away from my area! |

That sounds like something that was said often by villains who think they are about to rid the world of President Grant's favorite spy. |

Um...Well, my guess is Titus Trask to Jim in "The Night of the Cadre," because I'm pretty sure he said it in the canyon scene. If not, oh, well--it's just a guess, right?

Ooh--sorry to butt in, DE, but I just thought of this one, and I wanted to put it up before I forgot it in my sleep.
Was it Capt. Horatio Philo to Jim in "The Night of the Deadly Bubble?" I can't think of where, but for some reason, his voice fits the quote.
I'm probably not right about this, but if not...well, we've already been through this, haven't we? |
