With these 4 specific episodes mentioned wouldn't it be ironic if the quote didn't come from any of them. |

I wouldn't be the least bit surprised! |
James: Thanks, Artie. Artemus: "Thanks Artie"! Is that all you can say to me? I've just come back from the grave, risen like Lazarus, and that's what you say? "Thanks, Artie"? James: Thanks, Artie. Artemus: It's a pleasure. - TNOT Pistoleros |

Jack O'Diamonds. One of Sordo's men, just after Jim has escaped with the prize horse, while scattering the bandits' horses. Sordo tells his men to "get the horses!" and the man answers, "Si, compadre."
Is this the right "Si, compadre?" |

DT forced me to watch Jack O'Diamonds again (for about the millionth time). I'll never forgive her. I had to watch Jim in that open-throated shirt, Artie as the Mexican bandit... Well, maybe if she forces me to watch Pistoleros or Limbo with a future quote, I might.
Well, let's see what I can do. Getting more and more difficult. I'll be back later. |

I do believe the way to get the real hard lines is to get the shortest ones that don't comprise of "Jim!" or "Artie!" |

Well, let's try this one:
Season 1
He’s real smooth. |

Jim! Oh, we were talking about the line not who is.
Hmmmm. Putting thinking cap on and pondering. |

Wowsers--this one sounds really, really familiar...
This is just a Wild, Wild inference, but it doesn't sound like our debonair agents in spurs, because the grammer is just awful.
But that's just a guess--lately, my crystal ball has been a little foggy. |

Artie: James…you’re always hanging around.
Jim: An occupational hazard—lately, I seem to get tied up in my work.

Here's a guess Jim to Artie - Casual Killer
If that's not correct I have another guess waiting in the background |

Try the background one, DT. That's not it. |

I don't have any crazy guesses at the moment--I'll come up with one later to narrow down the episodes, though! |

Actually, that one rings a bell--if he didn't say the quote, he must have said something pretty close to it! |

If nobody gets it by tomorrow morning, I'll try to come up with a suitably confusing clue. |

The answer came to me five minutes after I turned off my computer, then I had to wait 15 minutes for it to finish installing updates. So it is way way past my bedtime but I wanted to save you the trouble of thinking of a clue - the one from my last answer was enough - Jim in disguise.

Oh thank you! I've been trying to think of what clue I could give. Seems to me I had one from Freebooters once before a long time ago and mentioned a tortoise. I was thinking about "grand old lady" and "burning money." But I didn't think they would be confusing enough.
You're at bat, DT. |

I have to wait 'til I'm home from work to come up with a quote. I was never here either! |

Hey we got basically 2 weeks to go till Halloween. After this quote (which I don't yet know) gets solved--Let's only go for the spooky, eerie episodes for quotes. There are plenty to choose from!! I'm turning my house completely HAUNTED for a HUGE Halloween Party on Oct. 30! Over 100 people are coming so far! DJ with music, Fog Machines, scary dead bodys and monsters all over with mazes etc....You are ALL invited!! Kinda like Universal Studios creepage as best I can do !! Im half-way done now with my new Haunted House!!~ |
