My original guess was Artie to Jim in "TNOT Avaricious Actuary", but I decided on Winged Terror.
HOWEVER, I've had a change of heart. 
Was it in vain? |

I'm not sure because I'm now thinking it is from a spooky 4th season ep, just for Halloween. The eps mentioned aren't the eerie ones....
But I'm just going to take a stab at it with the Sheriff to Jim in Sabatini Death. |

Oh man--I'm still thrown off so far. I was dwelling too much on one of the gothic, gloomy episodes, thinking it would be one of those. I still don't know.
