Well, I can safely say that this one isn't on the tip of my tongue.

For some reason, I'm thinking one of the baddies said that.

How about Sally Yarnell to Mike Trayne in "TNOT Cutthroats"?

WWWchicky :>

Artie: James…you’re always hanging around.

Jim: An occupational hazard—lately, I seem to get tied up in my work.

You got it, Dieter! I love that scene where they are working together to get the barrels. I would be willing to bet the line was not in the script. It just seemed a natural thing to say as they didn't get the barrel on the first try.

I knew it! The second I read your quote, that's the first scene that came to mind trying to rope the barrels. I agree, great scene that did seem totally natural.

Back soon with a new one!!

Ooooh, I thought of that one! I'd love to see the script on it too because it seems so spontaneous that the whole thing might be improvised. One of my favorite Jim & Artie escape scenes.

Every time I watch that scene, I wonder if that "miss" was scripted. One of my favorite scenes also--working together almost without conversation and in perfect coordination.

But I must say I didn't think of it for the quote!

James: Thanks, Artie.
Artemus: "Thanks Artie"! Is that all you can say to me? I've just come back from the grave, risen like Lazarus, and that's what you say? "Thanks, Artie"?
James: Thanks, Artie.
Artemus: It's a pleasure.

I didn't check out any episodes yet, but just for Thanksgiving--here's this:

"That's the best turkey I ever ate."

What was it Artie was swinging around in Loveless's tent in Green Terror? Not a turkey leg, that's for sure!

James: Thanks, Artie.

I couldn't resist just doing that off the top of my head for the holiday! Plus I wanted to see how many seconds it took for someone to get it.

Next time I'll do one muuuch harder!!

You on again, DT.

I don't honestly know! I kind of thought it was a Sherlock Holmes mystery. It must have been something my mother told me about. As a kid we had sheep and had a freezer full of lamb (yummy).

They don't ID the meat but since Loveless is playing Robin Hood I think it's probably a haunch of venison.

I think it had an apple in its mouth which makes me think it was pig. I would have to watch it again to be sure. They may well have stuck an apple in a deer's mouth as well.

I keep on thinking of Deadly Plague. That had a quote that dealt with seasoning but it's the wrong season.

How about Artie/Herr Osterpolyer to Vito Scotti's character...uh...whatever his name was.

Gosh--there's so many things you could season in Season Two...like some of the episodes.

WWWchicky :>

Artie: James…you’re always hanging around.

Jim: An occupational hazard—lately, I seem to get tied up in my work.

Sorry it took so long, I spent the night at my mother's house and am only home now to feed the cats. Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving.

Very good guess, Cal Gal. Almost, but not quite correct. Better watch the episode. Try again and I will check in in the afternoon.

I'm afraid I couldn't bring myself to watch the ep again on top of a full stomach.

Let me see what I can come up with. I shall return...

James: Thanks, Artie.

I suspect this one is either going to be very easy or very difficult.

Season 3:

Vaya con dios, gringo!

James: Thanks, Artie.
Artemus: "Thanks Artie"! Is that all you can say to me? I've just come back from the grave, risen like Lazarus, and that's what you say? "Thanks, Artie"?
