What I meant was that you didn't have to go looking in any other ep. Jim wasn't the only one who said "both" in that ep.

OK, thanks. Still looking for a new one.

James: Thanks, Artie.
Artemus: "Thanks Artie"! Is that all you can say to me? I've just come back from the grave, risen like Lazarus, and that's what you say? "Thanks, Artie"?
James: Thanks, Artie.
Artemus: It's a pleasure.

How about this:

Also season 1

Forget it, Colonel.

James: Thanks, Artie.
Artemus: "Thanks Artie"! Is that all you can say to me? I've just come back from the grave, risen like Lazarus, and that's what you say? "Thanks, Artie"?
James: Thanks, Artie.

My instant first thought was Jim in Double-Edged Knife too, but true that Little Willow or Sheila said it first. I actually forget. Or did both say "both"?

Ah, there's the question! Which episode! (Not to mention who said it.)

James: Thanks, Artie.
Artemus: "Thanks Artie"! Is that all you can say to me? I've just come back from the grave, risen like Lazarus, and that's what you say? "Thanks, Artie"?

Well, you have a 50-50 chance for who said the "both" I was referring to.

What? I said Jim said it. You said I didn't have to view any more. You're going to have to be clearer!

James: Thanks, Artie.
Artemus: "Thanks Artie"! Is that all you can say to me? I've just come back from the grave, risen like Lazarus, and that's what you say? "Thanks, Artie"?

Augh! You had the right ep but when I said you didn't have to go into "view" mode was that you didn't have to "view" any more eps because Double-Edged Knife was correct.

Little Willow. She said it first, then Jim. I just watched the ep. But I thought of Jim first too, because he said it last.

OK, ignore my mystery quote above, and if Dieter is correct, the game is his. (You could have just said, right episode, wrong speaker. )

James: Thanks, Artie.
Artemus: "Thanks Artie"! Is that all you can say to me? I've just come back from the grave, risen like Lazarus, and that's what you say? "Thanks, Artie"?

No keep your new quote, CalGal. I just got curious which of the other girls said "both" besides Jim, which would have been my first answer too. Plus you answered first so keep the game going as is.
In fact, I'm already trying to figure out the quote you came up with.

Jim to Colonel Artemus Gordon of the Mexican Army (can't remember his name, but I think it ended with something like Sandeval) - Freebooters.

You are right, DT. Col. Hernandez Del Valle Santiago y Sandoval (don't worry, I cheated and looked it up).

Your turn.

James: Thanks, Artie.
Artemus: "Thanks Artie"! Is that all you can say to me? I've just come back from the grave, risen like Lazarus, and that's what you say? "Thanks, Artie"?

Close enough. I think he was actually talking to the barkeep about the drunk dude. You're up.

Ha! Yeah that's where I got stuck. I knew it was regarding him in the scene before the earthquake, but couldn't remember if it was to him or to the bartender. Good one, Double Take.

Artie to himself in Puppeteer when he staggers into the saloon.

James: Thanks, Artie.
Artemus: "Thanks Artie"! Is that all you can say to me? I've just come back from the grave, risen like Lazarus, and that's what you say? "Thanks, Artie"?

Sorry, I forgot about this. Let's see how long this one lasts.

Season 3

For some reason I get the impression that you were expecting me.

James: Thanks, Artie.
Artemus: "Thanks Artie"! Is that all you can say to me? I've just come back from the grave, risen like Lazarus, and that's what you say? "Thanks, Artie"?
James: Thanks, Artie.
